PREM Management plans, manages and produces events in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and across the UK. We support charity balls, awards nights, corporate events, sporting occasions and live productions, bringing the organisational and technical sides of an event together.
Whether the brief is an intimate gathering or a larger production, we start with the purpose of the event, the people attending and what needs to happen on the day. That gives the planning a clear direction and helps shape the venue, running order, entertainment and production requirements.

Suppliers, entertainment & guests
We coordinate suppliers, entertainment and guest arrangements around a clear event plan. From the initial brief to the running order, we keep everyone informed about their role, the timings and what needs to happen on the day.
Staging, sound, lighting & screens
Our in-house production resources include staging, lighting, sound and large screens. A dedicated production crew supports setup and live delivery, with the equipment and technical requirements planned around the event.
Event-day management
PREM provides on-the-day oversight so the programme, people and production work together. We can also arrange film, photography and PR support to capture the occasion and share its story afterwards.
